Delivery details

We aim to keep as many parts in stock as possible.

If the part you order is not in stock we will build it for you. This mainly applies to Dividers that are specifically made to your order. The lead time will be between 5-10 working days.

When placing your order delivery charges will be applied to the price at the checkout unless you choose collection.

Collection

We offer collection and a Free of Charge fitting service at our factory. This is limited from Monday to Friday lunchtime. Please use the coupon code ‘collect’ at the checkout if you would like to take advantage of this. If you decide at a later date after placing your order that you would like to come and have the parts fitted let us know and your delivery charge can be refunded

Shipping

We use a number of reputable European Couriers. We try our hardest to ensure that the estimated delivery times are accurate, they cannot be fully guaranteed as we rely on the courier companies to provide that information

Order Tracking

After you have placed your order the website will send you an automated confirmation email, detailing the products you have requested. The courier we are using will also email you directly, providing you with a reference number and website link through which you can track your order and check the expected delivery time.

Returns

We understand that you may change your mind, our returns policy is 14 days from the date you receive your order. You will then have 14 days to send them back

All returns will need to be unused and in the same condition as when your order arrived.
Please include your order number in your return so that we can ensure your refund can be processed quickly.
Returns take 5 working days to be processed once your order has arrived back with us.

VAT and Handling Charges outside the UK

Please be aware that orders shipped outside of the UK Trading Zone will not be charged with UK VAT. The delivery company will require VAT at the local rate and a small handling charge for each box. This charge varies by country  and is not included in the checkout price of the goods you order.

Payment of any local VAT, handling charges or import duty will be your responsibility.
